Working with UK organisations since 2020. We work out where AI is useful in a business, produce a prioritised and costed plan, then implement the agreed improvements alongside the team. Offices in Cambridge (Cambridge Guildhall, Market Square) and Durham (Portland House, Belmont Business Park). ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified (held since November 2024), Cyber Essentials certified, UK GDPR compliant. ## How OpenKit engages There are two engagements, decided separately. The AI Audit is an assessment and a costed plan: an executive summary, an interview and findings report, a prioritised implementation roadmap (typically supplied as an Excel Gantt chart) and a costing and benefit assessment. Its standard scope is £10,000 excluding VAT. An AI Charter is an optional addition at £3,000 excluding VAT, with its scope agreed separately. Implementation is the second decision: an Embedded AI Lead engagement reserves an agreed total delivery allocation and implements the agreed priorities with the client's team, currently from £5,000 a month excluding VAT. Automations, connectors and integrations are built inside that allocation. Major standalone systems need their own scope. AI Engineering (Bespoke Builds) sits alongside for a system distinct enough to need one. Governance and Private AI are supporting capabilities within those engagements. Audit costings are planning estimates rather than guaranteed savings.
